BID NOTICE NO: PALL/919/26-27/00003: OPEN NATIONAL/DOMESTIC BIDDING FOR ANNUAL TENDERS (RE-ADVERTISEMENT):

1. Pallisa District Local Government has allocated funds from LR to be used for acquisition of Services for the Financial Year 2026-2027.
2. The Entity now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Management Services for Revenue collection for Financial Year 2026-2027 as follows:

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National/Domestic Bidding procedures contained in Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the applicable PPDA Regulations, and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below 8 (a) from 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m.
5. Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of Non-refundable fee of Shs. 55,000/=. The method of payment will be through IRAS, Toll: 0772747142 for PRN.
6. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on N/A.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below 8 (c) before 11:30 am on 5th October 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below 8 (d) at 12:00 noon on 5th October 2026.
