JOB DETAILS:
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Kampala, Uganda.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily air and sea operations, manage clearing, warehousing, and vendor relations, and ensure smooth logistics performance across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily air and sea operations
Lead and develop the operations team
Improve processes and ensure adherence to company standards
Manage operational costs efficiently
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships
Collaborate across departments to achieve operational goals
Support customer service and ensure timely resolutions
Manage risks and ensure compliance with security & access control procedures
Maintain high integrity and professional conduct
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
