About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Executive Assistant & Portfolio Operations Manager to provide high-level executive support while coordinating operations across a diverse portfolio of businesses, projects, and initiatives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and is comfortable navigating a fast-paced multi-industry landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support: Managing schedules, communications, travel arrangements, and high-priority tasks for the Executive Director.
2. Portfolio & Business Operations: Coordinating day-to-day activities and tracking project milestones across various corporate entities.
3. Juice Production & Commercial Operations: Assisting with oversight of manufacturing workflows, inventory tracking, and commercial distribution.
4. Construction & Property Projects: Monitoring project timelines, communicating with site supervisors, and organizing documentation.
5. Education & School Operations: Supporting administrative workflows and institutional coordination.
6. Sports & Football Administration: Assisting with organizational logistics, team scheduling, and administrative correspondence.
7. Marketing, Social Media & Brand Coordination: Supporting promotional campaigns, digital asset organization, and brand consistency.
8. Procurement, Suppliers & Payments: Managing vendor communications, processing requisition requests, and tracking payment workflows.
9. Stakeholder & Event Coordination: Planning and executing corporate meetings, internal events, and partner engagements.
10. Administrative & Personal Support: Handling confidential errands, documentation, and tailored personal administrative requests.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Minimum of Senior Six (A-Level certificate) and above.
Age Limit: Candidates should be 28 years old or younger.
Experience: Prior experience in a related administrative or operational role is an added advantage, but not strictly required.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Ethic & Flexibility: Ability to work comfortably under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain flexibility with working hours.
