Job Purpose

The Primary Teacher will deliver an engaging and comprehensive curriculum to primary school students, encouraging intellectual curiosity, academic growth, and character development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, student-centered lessons across primary level subjects (National and/or International curricula).
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom climate that motivates students of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities.
  • Conduct regular assessments, grade student work fairly, and provide actionable feedback to support student progress.
  • Organize and participate in co-curricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Actively engage in continuous professional development and collaborative planning with subject coordinators.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education, or a relevant subject area with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
  • Proven experience teaching in a reputable national or international primary school.
  • Solid mastery of primary school curricula, modern teaching methodologies, and classroom management techniques.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong digital literacy and experience integrating educational technology in classroom settings.
