Procurement Officer

Qualifications:

• Degree in Procurement & Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 2 Yrs experience in procurement
• English Language Proficiency.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data Entry.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work well under tight deadlines.

Key Duties:

• Procure and deliver office supplies, company equipment, appliances & new hire/shop necessities.
• Manage payments for utilities, visas, work permits, and banking transactions as requested
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance for offices and company houses
• Assist in the disposal of company assets and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines
• Perform any other assigned duties while maintaining accurate records.
