PRODUCTION MANAGER
PHARMA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage end-to-end pharmaceutical production operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute production plans and schedules.
- Monitor KPIs (output, efficiency, downtime) and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams.
- Manage, train, and mentor production teams and supervisors.
- Ensure accurate documentation and batch record management.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in production planning and process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent understanding of quality and safety standards.
