PHARMA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage end-to-end pharmaceutical production operations.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and execute production plans and schedules.
  • Monitor KPIs (output, efficiency, downtime) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams.
  • Manage, train, and mentor production teams and supervisors.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and batch record management.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime.
  • Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in production planning and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent understanding of quality and safety standards.
