JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of coffee processing from green bean intake to packaging, and shipping.
- Supports, train, and deliveries, ensuring the course fully performance, and adherence to quality standards.
- Create and maintain schedules to optimize equipment and floor efficiency while meeting customer demands.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage production budgets, optimizing work-taking and management practices.
- Ensure safe working environments by enhancing occupational health and safety standards.
- Provide timely with procurement, supply chain, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Backshort-degrees in Engineering or qualified field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience is undertaken management or supervision, coffee industrial setting is a home.
- Using knowledge of coffee processing techniques, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a half-paced manufacturing environment.
- Framed by two Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
- Basic training is described and mechanical systems relevant to production equipment maintenance and optimization.
- Bedient organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Inclusion by in ERP systems and production planning software is a plan.
- Ability to work enhanced hours and needed.
