Uganda Batteries is seeking dedicated and motivated candidates to join our team as Production Manager - Recycling and Procurement Manager. Preferred candidates should have experience in manufacturing, recycling operations with a proven track record of leading teams in production environments.

Production Manager – Recycling plant

The position oversees the recycling plant operations to ensure efficient production, quality, cost control, and compliance.

Key Deliverables include:

• Deliver target tonnage of recycled materials
• Smelting & refining process efficiency
• Cost control and yield optimization
• Equipment reliability & maintenance
• Battery scrap supply and input quality
• Health, safety & environment compliance
• Continuous improvement & process optimization
• Data drive decisions
