JOB DETAILS:
Our client Technology Associates is seeking a results-driven, competent and experienced Senior Project Manager (5+ year experience) to join their team.
ROLES & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Strategic Leadership
Aligning projects with organizational strategy and business outcomes.
Prioritizing initiatives based on ROI, risk, and strategic fit.
Driving change management and transformation programs. - Advanced Stakeholder Management
Managing executive sponsors, steering committees, and external partners.
Balancing competing priorities among stakeholders.
Negotiation and conflict resolution at senior levels. - Program & Portfolio Management
Overseeing multiple related projects (programs).
Understanding portfolio governance and investment decision-making.
Resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
