IIRR operates a global training Centre from its headquarters in the Philippines, Asia with regional offices in both Asia and Africa. In Africa. IIRR implements programs aimed at empowering communities to end poverty, in Uganda. Kenya. South Sudan, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe.
