Apeiron Consultancy Ltd is recruiting for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company across multiple QA, QC, CSV, GMP, and laboratory roles.

The QA Documentation/GMP Officer is responsible for maintaining the site's GMP documentation system and ensuring all records comply with regulatory standards .

• Manage Document Control: Oversee document control and record control activities, ensuring a robust documentation system for all GMP documents .
• Maintain Archiving System: Manage the filing and archiving system for all GMP documents .
• Issue and Control Documents: Issue, stamp, and distribute controlled documents (SOPs, specifications, methods, protocols), and withdraw obsolete and invalid versions .
• Manage Master Batch Records: Issue, update, and control master batch records, and prepare manufacturing records for production .
• Review Batch Records: Review batch records and related documents for product release .
• Prepare Annual Product Reviews: Gather data, create graphical presentations, and prepare annual product review reports .
• Manage Training Documentation: Prepare the annual training plan, training matrix, and follow up on training implementation .
