Your Role Includes:
- Running daily kitchen & restaurant operations
- Managing stock & supplies
- Supporting menu innovation with the Head Chef
- Ensuring top-tier hygiene & standards
- Managing kitchen finances
- Leading and coordinating catering events
- Training & mentoring staff
- Driving catering sales and securing clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business
- Experience in restaurant or hotel management
- A creative, business-minded professional
- Sales or catering experience = big advantage
