JOB DETAILS:
Position: Rider Coordinator
Location: Ntinda, Uganda
Type: Full-Time
Do you know how to mobilize and manage a strong team of boda riders or bicycle messengers? We’re looking for a Rider Field Coordinator who can build and lead our delivery network.
What You’ll Do:
• Recruit and onboard riders in Ntinda and surrounding areas.
• Train riders on professionalism, app usage, and customer etiquette.
• Monitor rider attendance, shift coverage, and delivery performance.
• Solve field challenges in real time.
Ideal Candidate:
• Street-smart, organized, and energetic.
• Great communication skills in English and Luganda.
• Prior experience managing field teams or working in gig logistics is a bonus.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
