Job Summary
Pahappa Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Software Solutions) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts for our software solutions.
You will leverage consultative selling techniques, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle using CRM tools. This role requires a persistent individual with strong closing skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and deal closure.
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and follow-up on marketing leads.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging, consultative product demos aligned to client needs and business challenges.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process using CRM systems, tracking leads from qualification to closure.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, present value propositions and Return on Investment (ROI), and successfully close sales deals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Computing, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales, customer care or a related technology role.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
