Application Forms are obtainable from the Public Service Commission, District Service Commissions or the Chief Administrative Officer’s Offices country wide. Serving officers must apply through their heads of departments / institutions who should be informed in advance to avoid delays. Certified photocopies of all academic qualifications/documents, identify cards of schools and institutions attended, CV, 3 recent passport size photographs and any other relevant documents must be attached.
