JOB DETAILS:
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: To efficiently and effectively diagnose, service, repair and maintain agricultural, vehicle testing, workshop and other equipment supplied by Engineering Solutions or its franchise principals.

REPORTING TO:

You will report directly to the Assistant Service Manager.

DIRECT WORKING RELATIONS:

You will be working directly with ENGSOL customers, specifically giving support to SGS operations – diagnosing, repairs and maintenance of equipment supplied to SGS etc. ENGSOL Parts’ Department and ENGSOL technicians.

MAIN DUTIES:
Operational:

• Install and configure equipment at all SGS sites – in line with SGS expansion plan.
  
• Conduct service, repair and maintenance work on equipment supplied by Engineering Solutions or its franchise principals to SGS.
  
• Diagnostic analysis of equipment problems.
  
• Utilization and compliance to manufacturer’s workshop manuals and standards.
  
• Care and maintenance of all tools and equipment used.
  
• Equipment testing before and after service / repairs.
• Should be qualified in Automobile and power Engineering and with an experience two and above years

Documentation:

• Timely, detailed and accurate preparation and submission of diagnostic reports, parts requisitions, quotations, service/repair records and job cards.
  

Personal:

• Maintenance of personal health and hygiene standards.
  
• Awareness of risk and safety and promotion of the EHS policy in all areas of business.
