- Analytics function design : Describe how you would design the analytics function that supports the Office of the Group CEO. What data would you prioritise, how would you present it, and what cadence would you set with leadership?
- A decision worth making: Identify one strategic decision you would recommend QSSG’s leadership consider seriously in the next 6 months, based on your reading of the business and East African market context. Explain your reasoning and what evidence you would seek before acting.
