REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT
The World Health Organization (WHO) is in the process of identifying providers for the supply and installation of Audio-Visual Equipment,
The WHO wishes to invite eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply and installation of Audio-Visual Equipment at WHO Premises.
Here is the link to the online bidding documents published through the UNGM https://www.ungm.org/Public/Notice/211399
Additional Requirements:
1. Provide copies of Certificate of Incorporation, VAT registration, Trading Licenses, PPDA Registration and any relevant certifications.
2. Letters of recommendation from reputable organizations.
3. Latest Bank Statement
4. Audited Accounts
5. A Letter of Credit from the Bank
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a) WHO reserves the right to reject any bid.
b) WHO is not bound to select the lowest bid.
c) Only successful bidders will be notified in writing of the final bid decision.
d) Bidders are required to submit bids in, sealed envelopes (1 Original and 1 copy) to WHO Country offices, Plot 60 Prince Charles Drive, Kololo, Kampala.
e) Sealed bids to be submitted at the WHO office during official working hours Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00pm and on Fridays 8:30 am to 2:00pm.
Deadline for submission of bids is 29th September 2023 at 5:00pm.
Proposals must be delivered in 2 hard copies, labelled "Master Copy"(Original) and "Copy" and soft copy in USB key to the address below.
Sealed bids clearly marked "Supply and installation of Audio-Visual Equipment."
