- The Government of the Republic of Uganda through the National Animal Genetic Resources Centre and Data Bank (NAGRC&DB) intends to engage eligible suppliers for the acquisition of modified earth moving and automotive supplies.
- NAGRC&DB on behalf of the Government of Uganda invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method of procurement as stipulated in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205.
- Interested bidders may obtain further information from the NAGRC&DB Procurement and Disposal Unit office.
- All solicitation documents will be available for purchase and inspection during working hours (8:00a.m-5:00pm) on weekdays from 14th October 2026
- All interested bidders will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (one hundred thousand Uganda shillings only) for each solicitation document upon submission of a written application to bid. Payment shall be made through the URA e-portal through the following steps. On the URA portal, go to "other NTR", TIN: 1001291277 - SALES - MISCELLANEOUS - Additional fees if applicable.
- All potential service providers must deliver their sealed and marked bids on 4th November 2026 before 11:00am.
- All submitted bids will be opened on 4th November 2026 at 11:30 a.m in the presence of bidders' representatives that choose to attend the bid opening.
- Late Bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
