Tailor
Job Summary:
The Tailor will be responsible for constructing, altering, finishing, and repairing garments according to approved designs, measurements, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut and sew fabrics according to patterns and measurements.
- Construct garments with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform alterations and adjustments to ensure proper fit.
- Work with different fabrics, embellishments, linings, and garment components.
- Operate and maintain sewing machines and other tailoring equipment.
- Follow designers' instructions and approved garment specifications.
- Inspect finished garments for quality, fit, and finishing.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.
Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma, or relevant training in Tailoring, Fashion Design, or Garment Construction.
- Proven experience in professional tailoring.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and finishing.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work with luxury and delicate fabrics is an advantage.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
