Responsibilities or duties

Lesson Planning & Delivery: Prepare schemes of work and lesson plans, delivering engaging lessons that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills .

Curriculum Implementation: Teach designated subjects in assigned classes, ensuring complete syllabus coverage and availing adequate time for revision .

Student Assessment & Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing corrective feedback and guidance .

Student Development: Instill morals and promote self-discipline, ethical values, and personal responsibility, laying a foundation for further education .

Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching strategies to remain inclusive of diverse learning styles and needs within the classroom .

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and progress reports .

Co-curricular & Administrative Support: Participate in co-curricular activities, supervise duties, and perform any other duties assigned by the school management .
