Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Device Financing to lead our smartphone and device financing division. This role requires a professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of device financing, and a passion for customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support the device financing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase smartphone financing uptake.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and retailers.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure loan recovery processes are followed.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members for operational efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to improve product offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in smartphone or device financing.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of credit assessment, mobile financing processes, and customer lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/digital finance tools.
