About the Role

Looking for a proactive Telesales Supervisor to lead and manage our telesales team. This role is responsible for generating quality leads, converting them into sales, and ensuring the team consistently meets its targets. The ideal candidate understands the full telesales cycle, is data-driven, and can motivate and coach a team toward daily and monthly goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Team Supervision
  • Coaching & Training
  • Sales Tracking
  • CRM & Tools
  • Customer Focus
  • Collaboration

What Success Looks Like:

  • Sales team consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Able to achieve 150 bike targets in the first 3 months.
  • Increased lead-to-sale conversion rate.
  • Improved team productivity and lower turnover.
  • High customer satisfaction from call interactions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of telesales experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team toward meeting performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic data analysis.
