Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting any special requests or dietary preferences.

Serving: Deliver orders promptly, ensuring correct items, proper presentation, and appropriate garnishes.

Upselling: Suggest daily specials, premium beverages, and add-ons to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

Guest Assistance: Attend to guests' needs throughout their visit, including refilling drinks, clearing empty glassware, and checking satisfaction.

Payment Processing: Present bills accurately, process payments (cash, card, mobile money), and provide correct change and receipts.

Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, resetting them for the next customers.

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized service area, including polishing glassware and cutlery.

Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth service.
