Role Overview & Scope

The Waitress will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking meal and takeaway orders, delivering food promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced food service setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet patrons warmly, present menus, and assist with meal selections.
• Order Handling: Record orders accurately and liaise with the kitchen staff for timely delivery.
• Dining Maintenance: Keep service areas, counters, and dining tables clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Takeaway Support: Assist with takeaway packaging, order collection, and general customer care.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Age Eligibility: 20 to 23 years old.
• Residency: Must reside within or close to Maganjo, Kawanda, Kawempe, or Kagoma.
• Attributes: Energetic, customer-oriented, polite, and well-groomed.
