Job Purpose

To develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites for clients while providing expert technical support and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction across all WordPress-related services offered by Sanik Systems Limited.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Customization

• Design, build, and customize responsive WordPress websites using themes, plugins, and page builders.
• Implement client-specific features and integrations using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure all websites meet SEO, mobile responsiveness, and performance best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to deliver visually appealing websites.
• Conduct debugging, testing, and optimization before deployment.

WordPress Technical Support

• Provide prompt support for WordPress issues including plugin conflicts, errors, and updates.
• Troubleshoot hosting, SSL, DNS, and email-related issues in cPanel/WHM environments.
• Perform website migrations, backups, and restorations.
• Respond to support tickets, phone calls, and emails professionally and efficiently.

Maintenance & Optimization

• Regularly update WordPress core, plugins, and themes.
• Monitor site performance, uptime, and security.
• Implement performance improvements—caching, CDN, security configurations.
• Maintain documentation and update logs.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with internal development and technical teams.
• Prepare documentation, training guides, and client instructions.
• Provide feedback to improve company website services and hosting solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Additional WordPress or web development certifications are an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with cPanel/WHM, DNS, SSL, and website migrations.
• Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar builders.
• Understanding of SEO, security hardening, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work with Git, FTP, and backup tools.
• Knowledge of WHMCS is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and teamwork mindset.

Preferred Experience

• At least 1–2 years of experience in WordPress development and technical support.
• Experience in a hosting environment or digital agency is desirable.
