2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap. 205 and the applicable PPDA Regulations and is open to all bidders and consulting firms.
3. The bidding documents may be inspected and obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Unit Office, MUST, Kihumuro Campus, FAST Building, Ground Floor, Room G001. Alternatively, the documents may be obtained electronically upon written request submitted by email to pdu@must.ac.ug or procurement@must.ac.ug.
4. The deadline for bid submission shall be Friday, 25 September 2026 at 2:00 PM (EAT).
