Job Role Context

This role is for Baristas at the Ndere Cultural Centre. Baristas are responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages to customers. They ensure that customers have a pleasant experience and that the coffee bar operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include preparing coffee and other drinks, taking customer orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness of the coffee bar area, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Experience
