1. Hoima City has earmarked some funds under AFCON preparations meant for supply of Garbage trucks for solid waste Management.
2. Hoima City therefore invites sealed bids as detailed below: -

3. Bidding will be conducted in the accordance with open domestic bidding procedures contained in Government of Uganda public procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act Cap205, as amended and the Regulations 2023, Open to all interested bidders
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at Hoima City POU Office on 4th September 2026 -24th September from 9am to 5pm.
5. Bidding document in English may be purchased by the interested bidders at a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000 by use of PRN obtained from procurement and disposal unit
6. Bidding Document in English may be picked by interested bidders on the address below at 8 (a).
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 3:00 PM on 25th September,2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders' representative who may choose to attend at the address below at 8 (a) at 3:30Pm on the same day.
