Arua City Council has received direct grants from United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS)/Cities Alliance for the implementation of “The Sustainable Urban Integration of Displacement-Affected Communities” in the City funded by the European Union with technical Assistance from Association Centro Aiuti Volontari-ACAV. Arua City Council now invites sealed bids from eligible and competent firms and companies under open domestic bidding for financial year 2026/2027 for the project below:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open domestic bidding procedures contained in the government of Uganda’s PPDA act 2003 and UNOPS Special and General Conditions for procurement consistent with approved project design.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 payable through IRAS System and obtain a general receipt from Arua City Council Cashier.

Bids must be delivered to the Office of Procurement and Disposal Unit – Arua City Council in triplicate i.e. one original and two copies on or before Wednesday 2nd September, 2026 10:00 am.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in form of Bank Guarantee.

The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at Arua City Council Hall scheduled for Wednesday 2nd September, 2026 at 11:00am
