Cleaning Supervisor
INDUSTRY: Cleaning Services
LOCATION: Kampala
JOB DUTIES:
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient, high quality service delivery.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships by handling inquiries, feedback and service issues professionally.
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, adherence to standards and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience supervising or working in a professional company.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
