Background

Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring experienced Depot Operatives for a client in the oil and gas sector. The role is responsible for safe and compliant loading and offloading, equipment inspections, accurate product measurement, and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify that road tankers meet all terminal safety, inspection, and loading/offloading requirements before operations commence.
• Conduct pre-loading and offloading safety and compliance checks on trucks and equipment.
• Ensure loading and offloading of authorized products in approved quantities only.
• Accurately complete daily meter readings and loading records after each operation.
• Inspect loading and offloading equipment and promptly report defects to the Depot Supervisor.
• Perform daily tank gauging and ensure accurate product measurement and reconciliation.
• Comply with all company policies, statutory regulations, and safety procedures always.
• Identify and report unsafe working conditions, incidents, or non-compliance immediately.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field,
• One year of experience in an engineering or depot environment.
• Good mechanical knowledge and basic equipment maintenance understanding.
• Computer literate with strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills, professional judgment, and high integrity.
• Additional professional training and oil and gas experience are an added advantage.
