JOB DETAILS:

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing quality, safe, and patient-centered healthcare services in accordance with professional standards, facility policies, and applicable health regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality healthcare services to patients while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and respect.
• Assess patients and provide appropriate care within the scope of professional practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient and service records.
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed and monitor patients' progress.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their attendants on appropriate health practices and follow-up care.
• Properly use, maintain, and account for facility equipment and supplies.
• Report any incidents, emergencies, or significant patient concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform other duties relevant to the position as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification in the respective field from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration/licensing with the relevant professional regulatory body, where applicable.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work professionally, ethically, and under minimal supervision.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality service delivery.
