Post graduate diploma in project planning and management is an added advantage.

Experience:3-5 years of progressive experience in the construction industry (site experience is essential).

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with authority approval processes, NEMA requirements, and Ugandan construction regulations.

Soft skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Must be assertive enough to push consultants and site teams
