Responsibilities or duties

The Internal IT Support Officer is responsible for providing first-line technical support and ensuring the reliable operation of the organization's IT systems, end-user devices, and business applications.

Qualifications or requirements

Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent.

Experience needed

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, and Group Policy.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with antivirus, endpoint security, and patch management.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud services is an advantage.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
