Gulu School of Clinical Officers (Gulu College of Health Sciences) intends to carry out a prequalification process for Supplies under Framework Contract for (1) one year. Applications are invited from interested eligible, competent and reputable firms for the provision of supplies on Framework.

Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Procurement and Disposal Act/Guidelines and is open to all eligible bidders. Prequalification Documents shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked "Prequalification document for Provision of various goods/supplies"

A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be purchased by bidders from Gulu School of Clinical Officers upon payment of UGX 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) Payment will be done by depositing to Gulu School of Clinical Officers, Account number 9030006241211 at any Stanbic Bank branch.

Bidders shall then submit the deposit slips to Gulu School of Clinical Officers Accounts Department to be verified and confirmed as funds received.

Bids shall be delivered to Gulu School of Clinical Officers, Procurement and Disposal Unit not later than 05th October 2026 at 3:00 pm. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 05th October, 2026 at 3:30 pm
