SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF GRID AND SOLAR POWERED ICT LABORATORIES IN SIXTY (60) SECONDARY SCHOOLS - UCC/SUPLS/25-26/00033 (LOT 1-23 GRID, LOT 2-22 GRID AND LOT 3-15 SOLAR).

1. The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated a funds under the Uganda Communications Commission Department of UCUSAF for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Grid and Solar Powers (ICT Laboratories in Sixty (6)) Secondary Schools - UCC/SUPLS/25-26/00033 (Lot 1-23 Grid, Lot 2-22 Grid and Lot 3-15 Solar).

2. The Uganda Communications Commission invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for requirements for Supply and Installation of Grid and Solar Powers (ICT Laboratories in Sixty (6)) Secondary Schools (Lot 1-23 Grid, Lot 2-22 Grid and Lot 3-15 Solar).

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Holding, as procedure combined in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Sep 2025 and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents from Uganda Communications Commission at the address given below at Sjol from 8:30 hours to 17:00 hours.

5. The Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by International Bidders on the transmission of a written application to the address below at Sjol and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX.100.000 (Uganda Shillinga One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be to a bank account of Uganda Communications Commission at Statistic Bank Uganda Ltd, Corporate Branch, Created Towers, Kampala as follows: UGXX/IC No. 9030005759004.

6. Bids must be delivered to the physical address below at Sjol at or before 2th December 2025 at 10:00am. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security or bid bond of:

   Lot 1- UGX 17,000,000 / 13 Grid Powered
   Lot 2- UGX 23,000,000 / 12 Grid Powered
   Lot 3- UGX 23,000,000 / 15 Solar Powered
