Post : Lecturer - The East African School of Higher Education Studies and Development

Reporting To Head of Department
Key, Duties and Responsibilities
1. Teaching, examining and grading students;
2. Supervision of research for students;
3. Mentoring of junior staff;
4. Conducting research and community outreach activities;
5. Writing proposals for attracting funding to the department;
6. Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Required Qualifications
i. PhD in Educational Management or in Education or Higher Education with the following areas of specialization; Methodologies of Educational Planning, policy studies in Education and Quantitative Research Methods;
ii. Masters in Educational Management or in Education or Higher Education;
iii. Honour’s Bachelor’s degree in Education or BA Arts with PGDE
Tenure of Appointment Permanent
Age Limit APPLICANTS SHOULD NOT EXCEED FIFTY-FIVE (55) YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION
