The Mbuya Graduate Transition Centre located in Mbuya, Kampala, Uganda is building a new platform to help graduates move confidently from university into employment, entrepreneurship and enterprise development.

We are assembling a high-calibre founding team of professionals, programme specialists, facilitators and sector experts who are passionate about developing Uganda's next generation of talent, innovators and entrepreneurs.

We invite applications from qualified and suitably experienced Ugandans and other eligible individuals for opportunities across leadership, programme management, finance, operations, communications, technology, people management and specialist facilitation.
