The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation in Kampala, Uganda, wishes to invite registered, reputable, and qualified suppliers to submit firm offers for the below two tenders:

Eligible and qualified suppliers, duly registered with the relevant government authorities in Uganda, with solid financial standing and proven and relevant experience in meeting UNHCR requirements, are invited to participate in this tender.

Bid documents will only be accessed through your UNHCR Supplier account. Registered suppliers may log in at https://supplier-portal.unhcr.org to access the documents and submit their bids.

The deadline for bid(s) submission is 5 December 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EAT. Bids will not be accepted after the closing date and time specified in this advertisement.

UNHCR reserves the right to accept/reject or postpone the bids. UNHCR reserves the right to reject one or all bids, make changes in the bid dates or cancel the bid.
