SUPPLY OF THREE DOUBLE CABIN PICKUPS AND ONE STATION WAGON MOTOR VEHICLE - REF: UFZEPA/SUPPLIES/2026-2027/0021

1. Uganda Free Zones and Export Promotions Authority (UFZEPA) has allocated funds for the acquisition of three double cabin Pickup and One Station Wagon Motor Vehicle for its operations.
2. UFZEPA therefore, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of brand new Motor Vehicles (Lot 1: Three (3) double Cabin Pickups and Lot 2: One (1) Station Wagon).
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from: The Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
5. A Complete Set of Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application and proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) to the address below. The method of payment will be direct to an authorized commercial Bank after obtaining a Payment Registration Number (PRN) online via the URA Portal.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address indicated at No. 7 on or before 24th September 2026 at 2:00 pm. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as follows: For Lot one UGX 7,500,000 (Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) and Lot two: UGX 3,500,000 (Three Million Shillings Only) Which must be valid until 16th January 2027
   Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 24th September 2026 at 2:15pm
