We're Hiring:
Systems Analyst Officer
Are you a results-driven professional with strong negotiation and communication skills? Join our team at SLS Solutions International Ltd as a Systems Analyst Officer and play a key role in managing and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
About Us
At SLS Solutions International Ltd, we specialize in ethical, results-driven recovery of digital loans for banks, microfinance institutions, and fintech lenders. We're committed to professionalism, compliance, and innovation in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and prepare portfolio collection reports as requested by the client to be forwarded to the Portfolio Manager for review.
- Prepare the team invoices to be forwarded to the Portfolio Manager for review.
- Assist and participate in Internal and External audit reviews and also contribute to management responses.
- Adopt proper records management principles as defined by the firm in terms of upkeep and filing of documentation.
- Collaborate with different departments and offer administrative assistance when necessary.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to all company data protection measures provided.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and document functional and technical requirements for new system features and enhancements.
- Analyse operations processes within the debt collection department to identify system requirements, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, efficiency, and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with external software providers to install updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless system integration.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of debtor data within the systems.
- Provide technical support to all staff, resolving system-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Troubleshoot system errors and identify root causes, implement fixes, and prevent future occurrences.
- Monitor and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive debtor information from unauthorized access or breaches.
- Train all relevant staff on system functionalities, including new features and best practices for system usage.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) especially advanced excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good leadership skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English both verbal and written and good documentation skills.
