Procurement of Two Double Cabin Pickup Motor Vehicles – ULC/SUPLS/25-26/00025

1. The Uganda Land Commission has allocated funds for the acquisition of Two Double Cabin Pickup Motor Vehicles.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

5. The Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (one hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be through Bank - URA collection Account by using Bank advice form which can be obtained on URA website.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 11:00 am on 13th April, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 4,000,000 (four million only). The bid security must be valid until 17th September, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) at 11:15 am and on 13th April, 2026.

7. Bidders should note the following:
