JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

To provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress and communicate with parents.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff for holistic child development.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience working with young children.
• Patient, creative, and passionate about early education.
• First aid and child safety certification (preferred).

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: associate degree
