Skooli Uganda is transforming how parents and schools access essential school supplies. We deliver uniforms, shoes, stationery, toiletries, and general school needs directly to students and institutions making back-to-school shopping simple, affordable, and reliable.

We’re recruiting our first cohort of Graduate Fellows — ambitious, creative, and mission-driven young professionals who want to shape the future of school logistics and community commerce.

Available Fellowship Roles:
1. Sales Fellow (REF: Sales) – Lead school and parent outreach, build a sales pipeline, close deals, and drive growth across regions.

2. Accounts Reconciliation Fellow (REF: Accountant) – Manage daily sales reconciliations, vendor accounts, and margin tracking to ensure financial accuracy.

3. Partnerships & Community Fellow (REF: Partnerships) – Build strong networks with schools, NGOs, and community groups to drive adoption and brand visibility.

4. Logistics & Distribution Fellow (REF: Logistics) – Manage delivery partners, optimize last-mile operations, and support vendor logistics through Skooli’s network.

5. Fundraising & Community Investment Fellow (REF: Fundraising) – Mobilize community investors, engage impact funders, and tell Skooli’s story to partners and accelerators.

Who should apply:
1. Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years experience) in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or Community Development currently residing in Wakiso / Kampala.- Uganda

2. Passionate about innovation, education, and building solutions for communities.

3. Self-starters who want to learn, grow, and make real impact on the ground.
