JOB DETAILS:

Reports to: Risk, Recovery & Tracking Coordinator
Duty Station: Mukono, Mattuga, Nabbingo, Kampala

Role:
To install, monitor and provide tracking installation services for motorcycles in line with company guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities
● Create sub-accounts and update login details in the system.
● Save bikes to different branches using details shared on the in-house spreadsheet.
● Renaming the device with the specific number plate and sim card number.
● Monitor and provide support to the installation team on the user end by executing commands to see if they are effective or resetting devices with issues.
● Monitor device statuses and communicate to different personnel in case they need attention.
● Updating the in-house spreadsheet.
● Providing support to different staff members with the user end platform.
● Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor

Person Specifications:
● Ability to work together in a team, under minimum supervision & under tight deadlines
● Good communication skills (oral and written)
● Able to work accurately and pay attention to detail.
● May be required to work outside official work hours and be on call at all times

Minimum Requirements:
● Information Technology (IT) related diploma and/or Automotive Mechanics
● At least 2(two) years working experience or training in apprenticeship in tracking system installation, management and security
● Knowledge and skills in use of computerized diagnostic equipment
● Skills in tracking system installation, management and security

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
