Overview

The Coffee Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop management skills within the coffee industry. Trainees will undergo a structured program to gain hands-on experience in operations, supervision, and strategic planning, preparing them for future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive management training program.
• Support operational oversight and process improvement in coffee production.
• Assist in supervising teams and ensuring quality standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and reporting activities.
• Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to enhance business performance.

Requirements

• University Degree.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.30.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
• Willingness to work and live in a remote environment.
