Application forms (PSC-Form 3,2008) and (ESC-Form 3,1998) for Education Department to be completed in triplicate (Original handwriting) and are obtainable free from Public Service Commission or from Secretary District Service Commission's Office and Serving Officers should route their application through their respective Heads of Departments. Certified Photocopies of academic documents, CVs, IDs and other relevant documents as well as recent passport size photograph, should be attached to each form. The Application Forms should reach the Secretary District Service Commission Office, PO BOX, 1530, NOT LATER THAN 15th October 2021. Late applications will not be considered.
