Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented AI Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, artificial intelligence, and digital tools. The successful candidate will support day-to-day AI-driven operations while developing valuable, in-demand digital skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools and platforms to support daily business operations.
• Manage and update data using Google Sheets and other productivity applications.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks across various online platforms.
• Assist in organizing, analyzing, and maintaining digital records.
• Learn and implement AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency.
• Support online research, data management, and digital projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools, Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets), and online applications.
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
