The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at Entity's Procurement &
Disposal Unit (Headquarter) from 8:30am to 5:00pm

There shall be a pre-bid meeting for fabrication of rhino translocation crates on
October 27, 2025 at 10:00am at UWA Headquarter

The deadline for bid submission for:

1. Supply of electric fencing materials for electric fence construction in MFNP,
   QENP and KVNP, shall be at 11:00am on November 7, 2025 at Procurement.

2. Fabrication of Rhino translocation crates shall be at 02:00pm on November 7, 2025
   at Procurement and Disposal Unit, Ground Floor.

3. Supply of Laptop and desktop computers with accessories shall be at 03:00pm
   on November 7, 2025 at Procurement and Disposal Unit, Ground Floor
